Alex Montiel
Nicaragua Ministry Director
Alex serves as the Ministry director of Full Count Nicaragua. Alex has been a part of Full Count since the very beginning working as a translator for XMA, our partner on the ground. Alex has volunteered his time on the ground for the past five years conducting follow up with the teams we play and the people we visit. As a result, the ministry had grown to a point where we needed someone to focus and serve full time on the ground in Nicaragua, and Alex was the perfect person. Alex became the director of Full Count Nicaragua in January and his job has expanded throughout the year. Alex’s responsibilities include D-group leader, D-group leader recruiting and training, ministry expansion, and short term team coordinator. When not working with Full Count, Alex is a trip coordinator with XMA, serves on the Nicaragua Baptist Convention board in the area of Access Ministry, and leads worship at his church. Alex loves to spend time with his wife, Gabriela, they enjoy doing ministry together.
