Train for a Crown That Lasts Forever.

Athletes train for trophies that fade. The 9:25 Club is a community of people committed to investing in what's next for Full Count: a new field in the Dominican Republic, new campuses where players disciple their teammates, and new teams in Nicaragua, where men encounter Christ through the game of baseball.

“Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training, they do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever.” 1 Corinthians 9:25

01 · DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

Open a New Field.

Baseball has been called “the oxygen of the island.” All 30 MLB teams run academies there, yet only a few of the young men who chase the dream ever see it come true. Many are left heartbroken, without purpose or identity. Pastor Robersy Lara has invited Full Count to bring them a bigger hope.

02 · COLLEGE AND HIGH SCHOOL TEAMS

Open a New Campus.

Every summer, 40 college players wear the baby and navy blue of FC Rhythm. At Trevecca, three of them went home and started discipling their own teammates. And in Alabama, a high school senior walked up to his coach, who had spent the year being discipled with Full Count, and asked to start a Bible study.

  • Player-led D-Groups on college teams, like Trevecca's
  • Follow-up with Rhythm players and the 20 college players on mission this December
  • Resources and leader training for high school team groups

03 · NICARAGUA

Open a New Team.

Full Count hosts discipleship groups in many communities and teams across Nicaragua. Sponsored teams go a step deeper: they commit to be disciples who make disciples, a group of men focused on the Great Commission. Each team lives by a code of conduct on and off the field, hosts regular discipleship groups, and grows in faith so that its players can join new teams and reach more men with the Gospel.

$925 sponsors a team for a full year, removing the barriers that keep men from playing: uniforms, a Bible for every player, discipleship material, umpire costs, game-day food, baseballs, bats and equipment.
