Carter went to Pope John Paul 2 High School, played baseball at Berry College, and transferred to Tennessee Tech University where he graduated with a degree in civil engineering. He started volunteering by doing trip highlight videos and pictures early on in the ministry. “I love using media to tell the story of how God is working through Full Count Ministries locally and internationally.” Carter is married to his wife Carly and has two daughters, Ruth and Hazel. “Revelation 7:9 is meaningful to me because it’s just a really beautiful picture of the kingdom to come.”
