Jairo Rubio
Nicaragua Operation Director
Jairo serves as Operations Director of Full Count Nicaragua. Jairo has translated for Full Count teams throughout our time in Nicaragua and has absolutely caught the vision to make disciples through the game of baseball in Nicaragua. Jairo actually came to us two years ago asking us what he could do when our teams left to help the long term ministry in Nicaragua. As a volunteer, Jairo adopted a couple of villages Full Count works in and start traveling to them weekly to study the bible with the baseball players. As the ministry expanded the time and cost of ministry got larger so we hired Jairo in a part time role which later evolved into a larger role as Operations Director. Please officially welcome Jairo to the Full Count family and consider supporting him personally.
Jairo’s responsibilities include D-group leader, administration, logistics coordinator, etc.
When not working with Full Count, Jairo is a translator and ministry partner with XMA and youth ministry director at his church. He and his wife, Ada, have one son named Matias. Jairo also plays the drums in the worship band and occasionally leads worship. In his spare time, Jairo loves to play soccer and hang out with friends.
