Trevis Smith

Trevis Smith has volunteered with Full Count Ministries since 2012 and has been on numerous trips to Nicaragua during that time.  He has been married to his wife Courtney for 16 years and has 4 children Channing, Gavie Ann, Stockton and Renley.  He has a deep passion for discipleship and has led several Dgroups throughout the years of involvement.  For the past seven years he has headed up the HCA DGroup, which is also comprised of several alumni - (as they graduated college and cycled back to the area, they got to re-connect in this group). He loves this ministry because it allows an avenue to share God’s plan of renewal of creation through His son Jesus Christ, via the conduit of the game of Baseball.  “God has entrusted us with a ministry of reconciliation, sharing the good news of Christ’s defeat of evil and His renewal of creation, in turn we get to share that message through the game of baseball not only here at home with our own families and high school Dgroups as well as throughout the world on mission trips.”  Trevis graduated from Portland High School and has an undergraduate degree from MTSU, he has an M.A. in Biblical Studies from Trevecca. He owns a Real Estate Appraisal business in Middle Tennessee (Edge Appraisal Services).
